The evening meditation class is nearly it's 6 week conclusion, while the daytime class is just begun (due to scheduling conflicts). Participants share that the class is helping them to be more aware of their bodies and even their emotions. We are learning what experiences are relaxing for all, and which are relaxing for some and uncomfortable for others.
