Meditation for Beginners

The evening meditation class is nearly it's 6 week conclusion, while the daytime class is just begun (due to scheduling conflicts). Participants share that the class is helping them to be more aware of their bodies and even their emotions. We are learning what experiences are relaxing for all, and which are relaxing for some and uncomfortable for others.

Meditation for beginners

Report on the Craft and Trade Show

The night before the FBPW's Craft and Trade show, it dawned on me that I should share whatever profits I made with Hospice Support of Fauquier County, as they are the ones who handed down the massage chair to me. So, today, I am giving them 50% of my profits- $55. If you ever know anyone who needs medical equipment- walkers, wheelchairs, crutches etc. Call Hospice Support. They have a marvelous loan closet full of donated equipment. They loan them for free, but

Craft and Trade Show

Come by and say "Hi" at this weekend's Fauquier Business and Professional Women's Craft and Trade Show. The event will be on November 15th at the Fauquier High School cafeteria from 9am to 3pm.
I will be there offering 10 minute seated massages for $10, and complimentary mini-sessions of Rubenfeld Synergy. Massage gift certificates will also be for sale, a great and caring gift for your loved ones.
